ORC International launches employer brand offering – three dimensional view to attract and engage employees
ORC International has launched a new employer brand offering to support those working in HR to attract and engage employees and increase retention.
For an employer brand to be successful it needs to be distinct, attractive and authentic and the framework focuses on these three elements.
Creating a clear and positive image of an organisation’s reputation, value proposition and overall work environment enables HR professionals to create their employer brand from the inside out.
The aim is to further engage existing employees and provide a true representation of the internal workplace, to cement the brand for potential job seekers and reduce churn.
Our HR Reflections research shows that while 85% of organisations are planning to increase their staff levels, 2/3 organisations find it harder to fill their vacancies now compared to a year ago:
“With two-thirds of organizations finding it more difficult to fill vacancies than a year ago, CEOs are focusing on employer branding to help attract, engage and retain the best talent,” said Matt Roddan SVP, Employee Research, ORC International. “Securing long-term recruitment needs, differentiating from the competition and building brands locally and globally are critical objectives to employer branding and, if done right, could play an important role in an organisation achieving their growth ambitions.”
